Spider-Man Reboot: Is it too Soon?
By this point, you have no doubt heard that Sam Raimi has pulled out/been removed from the helm of Spider-Man 4. You’ve probably also heard that as a result, Spider-Man 4 has been scrapped in favor of a series reboot. Chances are, you may have even heard the recent news that 500 Days of Summer’s Marc Webb has been tapped to become the director for the planned first three installments of the reboot. From this news, the question becomes, “Is it time for the series to reboot already?”

Review: The Legend of the Seeker
When I heard that Sam Raimi and the producers of Xena and Hercules were going to adapt Terry Goodkind’s epic Sword of Truth series for television, I was at first both excited and skeptical. Of course after Spiderman 3 I was even more skeptical, but that’s another story for another day.

Raimi And Maguire’s Spidey Senses Tingle Again!
News dropped today that Spider-Man vets Tobey Maguire and Sam Raimi have been locked in by Sony to return for back to back productions of Spidey 4 & 5.
No word yet on Kirstin Dunst, but it is understood that Mary Jane Watson will be featured in the film and Sony isn’t looking to recast the character.
