I really like Uno. I own the original XBLA game, though I haven't played it a whole lot. But still, I am very interested in Uno Rush. It adds some very interesting elements and quick thinking strategy. Thoughts?

The basic rules are the same. You have to match a color or a number. But the concept of the game is that you get unlimited turns until you don't have a match. So basically, you have to have your cards in order before it gets to your turn. If G6 is played, and my hand has:

R5, R6, Y5

Then I would never play any of those cards. But if I predict that G6 is going to be played before it gets to my turn, I can rearrange the cards to be:

R6, R5, Y5

Which would empty my hand and win the game for me. It's the type of game that wouldn't really work with a real deck of cards. But for a video game, I think it's a great concept and will be crazy fun. Very Hectic, trying to predict what card will be showing when your turn comes around.
