Tickets for night. I'm actually not expecting that much. I have a feeling it will be a rote retelling of the books major events. Hopefully it wont be cringe inducing. I'm dreading Nixon, played by a guy in a Nixon mask. I think I will chew my tongue off if the keep calling themselves “the watchmen” over and over again.

I have it on good authority that the rape scene remains (of course) but I will my eat my fucking shoe if they follow through on that the way the book does, with the fate of the Earth hinging on Laurie's discovery of her mothers feelings for her attacker.

All the moral ambiguity of the movie will be squashed. They're going to stick some kind of note on the end that tells us how to feel about the finale.
