         ! ! ! ! ! ! !  ! TOTALLY COOL RUSTY JAMES BONUS ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

It's a Steve Ditko original panel of the comic that inspired Rorsharch! MR.A the objectivist super hero!

His powers of unhealthy Ayn Rand worship and steadfast allegence to the identity property struck fear in the hearts of illogical villains and anti-life collectivists alike!

No need to thank me. It's what I'm here for.

Did anyone get the “99 Luft Baloons” inclusion? The song’s pretty much about the world’s apocalyptic destruction

Who watches the Watchmen?  Not me!  Cry  Out of town guests staying with me that have no interest in the movie.  Trying to avoid reviews, etc. until I can see it.

i finaly got around to it and it was amazing!

Really feel that they were true to the story, didn't really mind them changing the means ozy uses to stop the nuclear holocaust.

Some of the actors were brilliant finds, eg. rorschach, nite owl and comedian. Personally not a big fan of whoever they got to play Nixon.

Another thing that amazed me was the sound track, some really good choices there.

loved it.

I'm reading one of the early David Hayter drafts right now. In it Laurie's superhero name is Slingshot and she has magic slingshot powers. She makes a slingshot with her fingers and shoot magic blue lightning bolts at people.

I guess, if you like major corporations begging you for a handout then it must've been great.

If they hadn't spent $130 million they could've turned a profit and not resorted to ridiculous slow motion ninja battles. Keep your budget reasonable and make the best movie you can. There's your formula for success. Doesn't it seem rather typical of our era; make irresponsible business descisions and then lecture everyone else on how it's their responsibility to bail you out.

And do these well meaning “save the movie” fan drives ever amount to anything possitive? The “browncoat” fatwa from 2005 succeded only in turning the whedonites into the most loathed fan base on the internets.

The opening titles to “The Times They Are A Changin” were awesome! That whole sequence worked really well.

Sound of silence during the funeral and Muse – Take a Bow were excellent choices
