I originally got through the whole of Buffy when it was first aired. I've recently started to work through the DVD's of the series and I'm up to Season 4.

The Buffy TV show is 12 years old this year. What are everyones favorite memories of the show?

Buffy… What can I say about it except it's the most bestest show evar, tehehe. Smile I think my best memories were while watching season 7 air. I remember when Entertainment Weekly (I think) had an article on the end of Buffy and had a pic of buffy about to take off the head of the first uber vamp. There was something thrilling about watching those last episodes.

The character arc of Spike!  Drusilla & Sunshine.  Once More with Feeling.  Hush.  Any callous Anya line.  Spike's & L'il Bit.  Actually, too many great memories to list.  Ben is Glory!  Jenny & Giles, the treachery, and her end.

Non-favorites: Adam, the Initiative, Buffy's degradation in S6.  Beer Bad.  Dawn's endless whines.  The Potentials.  The hapless evil trio.

I love the hapless evil trio!  Those guys were the best part of season 6.

This is my awesome signature…please don’t step on it.

The evil trio never worked for me. The geek references were great, but they never seemed like a real threat (until Warren went psycho!).

Can you appreciate them as comic relief in an otherwise downer of a season. I thought they were funny and well done.

I thought that was the point, they weren't a threat, which made the fact that they actually ended up killing anyone all the more unexpected. We were all lulled into a false sense of security.

Exactly. They weren't supposed to be the Big Bad for the season. Life was. I thought they were funny. I loved their geeky dialog and the nods to different fandoms the writers used through them. Although, I didn't appreciate them as much the first time around in S6. And by season 7 Andrew was one of my favorite characters. At least he made me LMAO a lot. Cool “I have swimmers ear!”.

I liked the trio from the start, but they completely won me over by the time the Star Wars van showed up.
