So I'm finally (3) episodes from the end of Angel!  I think I started it when Geekshow US premiered – LOL.  Took me a long time to get through the Conner arc.  Randy told me the final season was worth the wait – and he was right!  I'm eagerly awaiting the final disc from Netflix…

I think season five of Angel was my favorite overall season of the show.  There was some better stuff in previous seasons, but the fifth year was consistantly good throughout.  Plus, it introduced us to puppet Angel, and that's just awesome. Laugh

Plus, season 5 had Spike! The dynamic between Angel and Spike was great. And the way DB and JM played off each other was so much fun to watch. Lets not forget Illyria and what AA did with that role. A lot of my favorite episodes of ATS are from S 5. Your Welcome being somewhere at the top of my list.

Just finished the final Angel disc.  Awesome.  Loved the enigmatic Ilyria.  Loved ingenue Spike.  Loved uber-Lindsey.  Loved the forlorn Lorne.  Another show cancelled when it was in top form.  S5 was clearly the best season.  A bit more Lilah and Darla and it would be perfect.
