It seems like the front page still gets more attention. I'd actually like to see more activity on the forums. Even if it were at the expense of the main page.

I can post my own topics on the forum. It's a little better.

Are the forums killing the main site?  No.

Is the slowing frequency of articles killing the site? No, but it potentially could.

When articles get posted to the site, they generally get comments on them, even if it's just a few.  The forums got a burst of activity when they first came back, but things are evening out in here a little bit since.  Like any website, there will be times when the front page is slow and the forums are hopping with activity.  There will be times when the opposite is true.  There will probably also be times when both places are slow as well, but it doesn't necessarily mean the site is dead.

As long as articles and podcasts keep getting posted on the site, Geekshow will not be dead.

Me too. I'm always looking for more ways to encourage more posting on both locations, and more interactivity in general.
