Star Wars: The Old Republic is shaping up

At GamesCom in Germany, Bioware gave IGN an exclusive look at how the new Star Wars MMO is shaping up. The 20 minute developer walkthrough gave us a look at 3 planets, 3 classes, the fully voiced story telling, and the decision making that characters would be faced with. Keep reading to take a look.
We had heard a lot of this before, and we’ve even seen some small clips featuring some of this. However, much of it (including the Sith Warrior class) is being shown to the public for the first time. Also, it’s all put together for the first time. The walkthrough definitely shows a lot of promise to the game. If the title ends up having enough content and depth to it, it could really turn out to be special.

This video went a long way to calming all my worries on how TOR was going to actually and not just what we’d been told. I had doubts but I should have known better with Bioware on this.
