The next month will be big for fans of video games. E3 is coming up, and there are a lot of big name games that will be getting a lot of attention as a result. So it doesn’t surprise me that a couple of the bigger games are trying to get early press. Bioshock 2 has a new game play video up on IGN. Y The Last Man Vol. 5In this final Deluxe Edition hardcover collecting Y #49-60, Yorick and Agent 355 prepare for their ultimate quest to reunite the last man with his lost love, while the person, people or thing behind the disaster that wiped out half of humanity is revealed. Then, Yorick Brown's long journey through an Earth populated only by women comes to its dramatic, unexpected conclusion.
It looks really fun. The flaming tornado thing was cool. I wonder if leaving the little sister on her own too long will bring the big sister all the time.
That looks really good, can’t wait for it to come out.
The only parts that I thought were interesting were the cyclone traps with fire, and the underwater sections. It was nice to see the fire traps after reading about them, and I liked seeing more of the underwater stuff, although I think they need a little bit more animation on the plants or something because it felt a little “dead” to me. Pretty much everything else was in the trailer they put out a while back.
I hope the game lives up to its predecessor. I doubt it will be quite as good as the original, but it looks like it will still have the same atmosphere that made the first so much fun to play.
