Like I said in the review, the story isn't anything special, but the shooting gameplay is still fun. Metroid Prime 3 is a very good game, but it is more of an adventure than a shooter with lots of times you are just exploring. However, I definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't played it yet. Nintendo is releasing the entire Metroid Prime trilogy in August for the price of a normal game, so that's the way to go if you haven't played them before. The first two even have the Wii controls added (they were originally released on the GameCube). I have heard that Medal of Honor Heroes 2 is a good Wii FPS, but I haven't played it myself.
