Nothing would make me happier than Twilight bombing at the box office
Oh, and Good Dick looks really funny
I wish Twilight would bomb too Nick, but the fact of the matter is, it’s not gonna happen.
I dunno. A lot of the fans of the books think it looks like crap. And most of the non-fans think it looks like crap.
OMG, all of they’re hair looks hysterical. Seriously, I want to deflate Edward’s wierd pompadour and tell him the 50’s are over, I’m sorry Fonzie.
Though, a part of me wants it to do well just so I can read the articles afterwords that say it had a ‘niche audience’ and a ’surprise hit.’ And roll my eyes.
To me twilight is the equivalent of Paper Product, if you write all over the books it looks better. Crumpling it up page by page and throwing it is more fun than doing homework on it. Oh and it’s primary use, toiletry products, cause when you ran out of toilet paper you might as well use crap to wipe crap.
Owo, the unborn trailer makes the movie look interesting, any bets on if these are the good parts we’re seeing and the rest is dull exposition?
@SNW
I have a lot of faith in David S. Goyer. So I’m betting it’s good. He’s stated in interviews about the film that he made it specifically because he was tired of garbage horror fans have been subjected to lately. He said he made a horror film that he would want to see. I’m hoping that translates to quality.
I dunno man, I was not a fan of The Invisible.
@TNN
I love The Invisible. So, again, high hopes for The Unborn.
I didn’t hate it or anything, it was just…forgetable
I have a feeling about a million pre-pubescent girls are already counting down the days until Twilight comes out…
Eh, every generation needs one of those movies. The 70’s had that dreadful Love Story movie, the 90’s we had Titanic. Maybe this’ll be the it crappy sappy movie for 14 year olds for the ’00’s.
I have to agree that twilight really doesn’t look that good. but at the same time I am a fan of Catherine Hardwicke (except for Nativity story which I didn’t see) but even as a fan of both the book and Caherine Hardwicke I’m still not sure it looks that great.
I wonder just how much the hoard of teenage girls will really effect the box office. there is a big buildup but it doesn’t feel like it will have a huge payoff.
also I think the unborn looks great. its the first new horror movie I’ve wanted to see this year.
My friends girlfriend made him read Twilight, he had the perfect review for the book, “F**k Twilight”
