Scott Pilgrim vs the World – Theatrical Trailer
The feature film adaptation from director Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) of the graphic novel series created by Bryan Lee O’Malley. Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera) , a 23 year old slacker and bassist of the garage band Sex Bob-omb, has his world turned upside down when he falls in love with the girl of his dreams, Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), only to discover that he must win the chance to be with her by fighting and destroying her seven evil exes.
Tangled - Teaser Trailer
Walt Disney Pictures presents a new look at the story of Rapunzel, this time focusing on the kingdom’s most wanted and charming thief, Flynn Rider (Zachary Levi) who stumbles upon the haircut challenged princess (Mandy Moore) while attempting to flee from local authorities.
Gulliver’s Travels – Trailer
A contemporary re-imagining of the classic tale follows Gulliver (Jack Black), a fast-talking mailroom clerk, who’s attempt at breaking out of his dead end job gets him on an assignment in the Bermuda Triangle. After his boat crashes, he washes ashore an island of little people, making him a giant among men.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part One – Teaser Trailer
Its the beginning of the end for Harry, Hermoine, and Ron as they search for the last of Voldemort’s horcruxes, but the three friends will soon learn that the end of the journey is never easy.
Mortal Kombat: Rebirth – Short Film Presentation
Based on the popular video game franchise, this short film was recently used to present the idea of an R-rated Mortal Kombat feature film to Warner Bros. Pictures. It would be a much more gritty and realistic take on the fighting tournament, than the original film’s heavy supernatural take. Running time is just under 8 minutes, but is totally worth a watch. Enjoy!

Every time I see a Scott Pilgrim trailer, it gets me more excited for the movie. I know nothing about the comic except for whats been talked about on the show, but the movie just looks so funny and like its going to be just a fun movie.
Tangled looks like any other Disney movie, and I’m sure I will enjoy it when i get around to seeing it, but I wont be seeing it in theaters.
I don’t think I have ever liked a Jack Black movie, so Gulliver’s Travels really did nothing for me.
I’m interested to see how Harry Potter turns out. I’m glad they made it a two part movie, but I’m worried the first part will be tedious to get through.
The Mortal Kombat short was amazing IMO. I know there are going to be people hating on it because they changed things, but I enjoyed it and it made me excited to see if it actually gets made.
I agree with just about everything Keoki said, apart from not reading scott pilgrim…. I can’t deside if im more excited about the movie or the last volume on that one.
I hope the popularity of that Mortal Kombat short leads to the guy getting to make a MK movie in that style. I think it could be awesome.
Scott Pilgrim continues to look amazing in everything that they’ve shown so far.
The Tangled trailer surprised me. I really dug what I saw.
I thought it made a good short. But I’m always skeptical of someone that does movies on that scale getting the keys to a full length major hollywood blockbuster. Especially as one as a fragile video game movie. It doesn’t take much to screw up a movie based on a video game, after all.
Gulliver’s Travels: Ugh, the book IS a satire but this just looks painful. All of the interesting commentary of the book is probably stripped away for the sake of “humor” but… is that Catherine Tate?!
Tangled: It looks fun but… but… but… wasn’t it supposed to be a part of Disney’s 2D rediscovery???? *Majorly disappointing*
I can’t remember if Tangled was hyped as 2d or not. The Princess and the Frog was, I recall. But I thought there was a second title as well, so you may be right.
I looked around. I must have been mistaken. Maybe because they were talking about it in the same breath as Princess and Frog for so long. That’s too bad. I was really hoping for more 2D animateds coming out from Disney. I just have never been able to fully come around to any artistic style in 3D other than the Pixar style.
Next TrailerGEEK better have “Flipped” in it. That’s looking pretty fantastic. :)
