Book of the Month
Y The Last Man Vol. 5In this final Deluxe Edition hardcover collecting Y #49-60, Yorick and Agent 355 prepare for their ultimate quest to reunite the last man with his lost love, while the person, people or thing behind the disaster that wiped out half of humanity is revealed. Then, Yorick Brown's long journey through an Earth populated only by women comes to its dramatic, unexpected conclusion.
The Green Hornet – This movie looks like it could be a blast. Definitely looking forward to it.
Never Let Me Go – I had never heard of this before now, but the premise sounds interesting.
Harry Potter – Holy crap does this look epic!
Little Fockers – Not even interested in the least. The first movie wasn’t too bad, but I never even bother to see the second. There’s no way I’m seeing the third.
Rango – An animated Western with a quirky chameleon (voiced by Johnny Depp), an owl mariachi band, an evil snake in a cowboy hat, and a flying wind-up toy fish? Count me in!
Red – I think this movie looks hilarious. There’s just something amusing about seeing Helen Mirren with a machine gun.
Flipped – This looks awesome! Hopefully the characters will be as charming as the trailer makes them seem.
The Green Hornet – One of my most anticipated movies at the moment.
Never Let Me Go – Um, not really that interested nice cast and director, but the trailer makes it look very bland.
Harry Potter – Hells yeah!
Little Fockers – Loved the first movie, hated the second, this looks like garbage, will probably see it out of curiosity though.
Rango – ? ? I have no idea what to say.
Red – Looks fun but has potential to be another “The Losers”.
Flipped – Ah Rob Reiner, my old friend, shame you haven’t made anything remotely watchable since 1995, a great director who has gone downhill and this looks to be no exception.
Seriously, the more I watch the trailer for Rango, the more the animation geek inside of me is doing backflips. My favorite shot is the one in front of the setting sun just because it looks so beautiful, but there are so many little details in the trailer that I like (love the expression on the owl’s face when it says, “he is going to die”). And it looks like Pixar has somebody to look out for as far as great character movement and posing goes. This trailer is full of great character animation. Plus the little song at the beginning is kind of catchy. :D
I love it!
The Green Hornet. I good way better then i thought it would.
Never Let Me Go. Couldn’t care any less
Harry Potter . If it even half as good as the book then it really be my fav movie of all time.
Little Fockers. I like the first 2 but I can wait and rent it and I just hope it not the same old jokes .
Rango. look ok but I rarely see cartoons , But in 3 years or so If it on TV I’ll watch it
Red . It looks good but I again I can wait and rent it.
Flipped. Look good and maybe I’ll see it in theaters but I’ll see how word of month is .
Added three more trailers, two of which are for The Social Network. Wanted them posted, but didn’t think they warranted their own post.
Enjoyed the first Focker, but I don’t think I can manage a third (is it three now)?
Let Me In looks like it could be interesting.
Still haven’t read or seen the Harry Potter stuff.
Will go and see Green Hornet. Wonder if it is simultaneous worldwide release, or if we have to wait six months as usual.
