G.I Joe looks alot like transformers with people (the part where they are jumpin around avoiding the bullets in the city is insainly reminisent to the end battle….and hey christopher eccleston,
Land of the lost does look ALOT better than the original poster made me think and I might give it a rent now, but I just have zero faith in anything will farrell does anymore.
Star treck still looks amazing to me.
Gi Joe has ALWAYS looked a lot like Transformers with people. :P And The Snorks looked like The Smurfs underwater. Josie and the Pussycats were like Scooby Doo, but had a cat and a band, rather than a dog and a knack for sleuthing.
Land of the Lost looks pretty bad, IMO.
Trek is looking good, but this trailer was more of a tease than the first teaser trailer. :P
Scott, you totally split GI Joe and Transformers on purpose. Admit it. :P
Very true… remember the 80’s cartoon movies? where they had to change duke from dying because it was too close to optimus’s death?
I admit nothing!
In honor of the Star trek trailer, I have cast the members of the Geekshow crew as members of the Enterprise crew:
Scott = Kirk- The Captain. The leader.
Ben = McCoy- Kirk’s right-hand man and best friend
Randy = Spock- Calculating, logical, the brains
Wayne= Sulu- The swashbuckler
Nick = Scotty- The guy that stays in the engine room with the riff raff
Will = Checkov- The youngest, but also full of moxy
Sounds like this could be a big budget movie extravaganza, why isn’t this happening?
Kevin, please draw this.
Kahn = Rusty James
Uhura – Jack
that’s right, I went there.
Yer that star trek trailer didn’t give much away, I like that.
GI Joe looks like it could a fun popcorn flick. The Land of the Lost trailer was pretty funny, and I’m looking forward to seeing a full trailer from it. Star Trek still looks completely awesome.
I think Land of the Lost looks like a lot of fun. Hopefully the chemistry of Ferrell, Ana Friel and Danny McBride will elevate it past the usual CG comedy fare.
GI Joe has the simple task of not sucking as hard as Van Helsing. If it cant even do that, then I have no sympathy for it.
GI Joe looks awful, the exchange of dialogue at the end is so awful that it has completely turned me off the movie… I’m waiting for the SNL parody featuring Ben stiller, Jeremy Piven and Jon Lovitz called GI Jew.
Wow, I thought GI Joe was going to look lame, but it actually looks a lot of fun. And yeah Dennis Quaid. And I have a hard time watching the Star Trek trailers ’cause I don’t want anything to spoil it for me – can not wait for that to come out.
Where was the theme song in the Land of the Lost trailer???? *disapointed* I have a great affinity for theme songs to shows that explain the plot of the show.
Hrm… I’m still not sold on Trek yet- but I like Urban as McCoy so far. He was always my favorite…
Can’t wait for Star Trek. I need to go watch some Next Gen to feed my Star Trek needs.
