I thought that everyone might like to see this:

Actually, Funnyman also alerted me a few days ago to another show I thought you all might like. It’s “Comic Book Men” on AMC and it premiered last Sunday after the new “Walking Dead” episode. It is a reality show of Kevin Smith working in his comic book shop with his buddies. Think, “the Super Geeky version of “Pawn Stars’”.
I sadly forgot to mention it in this podcast episode, but definitely expect a review of the episode for next week’s show.
Im really interested to see the other dc characters in other animation styles. That brings to mind what batman: the brave and the bold did for dc’s characters; gave them light they never had before. Seriously? Doom patrol? I don’t think they have ever been animated, maybe if I see them in action I might give a damn about them in the first place haha
Awesome show yall thanks for the batman theme loved that show lol. Yes I did mean smallvile sorry the name escaped me when I was tweeting. thanks to you im am picking up suicide squad 6&7 for the origins of Harley Quinn who Is amazing. Btw do batman characters count for the couples question.
Absolutely. Between Batman and the different Robins, there are several couples you could name.
I’m back on board with you C-Fett. Buffy was amazing, and any disparaging comments from Jeff can only result in his being fed to Glory, piece by piece.
My top 5 themes also include Buffy and Doctor Who (although early 70s version for me). Also add in the theme from the 90s X-Men animated show (shame on you C-Fett for not including it). I have to break your 20 year limit though, as the best themes are well before 1990. My other two include Blakes 7 (awesome!)… but the best of all time might be something you haven’t heard about before…? Back in the 70s there was a sci-fi show called “The Tomorrow People”, which was incredibly painful to watch, but the theme music was *amazing*…

The proper theme starts about 24 seconds in, after the sting…
Loved the show this week as always guys. Jeff, this one’s for you. Combines your love of DC and Fresh Prince :-)

Yet another great episode this week. I am SO glad that you had the Doctor Who theme on the list. I cheered out loud when you said it. I LOVE Who and the theme is the ringtone on my cell, formerly the theme to Smallville, which is now my wake up alarm.
Whoa whoa I was not impressed with the Angel bashing! I’m a guy and it is quite easily my favourite show of all time. Other theme songs I like are the theme for Battlestar Galactica (the newer one) because it always sounds so eerie and I think fits the shows feel nicely. The theme for the 4400 also had the same effect I though. Jeriocho although maybe not technically a theme tune but morse code was awesomein that it fit the show perfectly and each week it was a different message. Finally if anyone’s seen the British comedy Red Dwarf the theme for that is amazing! There are so many…I’m sure I’ve forgotten some!
Also apologies for some of my spelling there. Damn laptop keyboard!
Can’t wait to hear how Jeff’s date went! You go buddy!
very well….very well indeed:-)
Nice! We expect updated. Don’t leave us hanging!
S.o.s, supergeeks repercussions when do you put your next episode out
Guys… it’s “Do anything for DeathKlock.”
Also, Angel DID have a good theme song.
Thank you Trish! Angel was an awesome show and I always liked the theme song.
So…are you new around these parts? I don’t believe we’ve had a comment from you before. Anyway, thanks for listening to the show and we hope to hear from you more often.
Its awesome to stumble upon opinion you can apply in your own set of circumstances. Goodo!
