Any thoughts of Person’s Unknown guys?
I saw the Pilot and it was interesting
Yeah, sorry. forgot to list those in the notes. We mentioned them at the very end.
I haven’t been paying too much about Persons Unknown. There are always a couple that catch me off-guard.
In defense of “Vampire Diaries”, Ian Somerhalder (Boone from LOST) is a wicked badass villain. But he’s not the villain…but he is…..but he’s not. I hate him SO much it makes my skin crawl, but the show would be awful without him. He’s absolutely evil…but he’s such a good actor, his scenes are fascinating.
The show’s actually pretty good, but he makes the show for me.
I remember watching the pilot because I read the books when I was younger. But promptly stopped afterward because of the moralizing, slut shaming, wall to wall pop music, and way too perfect hair/makeup/wardrobe.
I’m not trying to be petulant but I’m genuinely curious because people I never would have thought would like a show like this do. Does any of that change? Because I might try re-watching it if it does.
And the only show it was okay to re-use actors to play parts in the past was Dark Shadows but that was because they unabashedly had no budget and the cast was treated more like a theater troupe than a tv show cast.
But yes, in general, that always annoys me too.
Had to skip the Life Unexpected part (thanks for the times there) b/c I haven’t finished season 1 yet (I’m 2 episodes in and am loving it).
Here’s my Fall TV sechedule so far. The new shows I’m trying (can drop them). And don’t judge me. :) (I don’t watch Rules of Engagement btw)
L=watch live, OD=on demand

Oops, and of course I’ll be watching Walking Dead, forgot that one.
Just finished downloading, um I mean, it just magically appeared, Sherlock btw.
You guys didnt even talk about Hawaii 5-0 and ON a hawaiian airline flight I got to see the show early and it was cool . alot of action
Looks like u guys were right about Life Unexpected season 2
It about Marryed life and jobs
Something is wrong with the mp3 file…
Never mind.
Wow, you guys really killed No Ordinary Family in your review…
Sure, they ran through the origin story pretty quickly, but I thought it was fun. My favorite thing about it was that it had the Heroes aspect of various super-powered people, but unlie Heroes, not EVERYONE had powers.
