It’s not just you….
Sigh… it’s not in the feed either. Oh well, guess I’ll find something else to do.
Fixed! Sorry guys!!
Tx.
I am an Aronofsky fan, so I am really looking forward to Black Swan. Pi was very good. Requiem For A Dream was dark, creepy, and awesome. I love The Fountain, but I can easily see why most people hated it. Ironically, I have never seen The Wrestler (time to rejigger my Netflix queue), but I thought it looked good.
You guys mentioned something about wanting to see Aronofsky direct a “big” property. At one point, he was going to do a Robocop movie, but it is now a dead project due to MGM’s financial woes. It’s too bad as I think Aronofsky could have done a great job with Robocop.
This is kinda a repeat comment from the other “Trailer Geek” post, but yeah. I’m a big Aronofsky fan. Such great, deep thinking films, but man, are they intense and sometimes difficult to watch.
I would love to see “Black Swan” as I am an obsessed Natalie Portman fan, but this movie also looks like it’s going to be emotionally tough to get through.
Okay, I promise not to do repeat comments if I can help it, but I wanted to comment on this main feed. Anyway,
“Love and Other Drugs” looks great. I think Anne Hathaway is one of the great female performers right now. The Viagra angle is interesting and could bring some funny material. I was totally onboard until…….
It turns out she was dying. UGH! Suddenly it looks like a grown up version of “A Walk to Remember”. GEEZ, I feel like I’ve seen this movie 100 times. I don’t know. I might end up renting it……
To me I can’t hear Dan Aykroyd at all in the Yogi Bear trailer, I can’t hear Yogi either, all I can hear is Rodney Dangerfield.
I hear nothing but Dan Akroyd. And everyone I’ve shown the trailer to immediately recognized the voice, even if they couldn’t remember his name.
I’m oddly fascinated with ballerinas, and Black Swan had me at Darren Aronofsky, then there’s Portman & Mila Kunis.
