Hey guys, about 15 minutes into the podcast. Just thought I would let you know that Cartoon Network is who does the live action Ben 10 movies. Ok, back to listening now.
Drat! Knew I was wrong!
Yay! I am definitely looking forward to the “new” podcast, especially the first episode’s topic.
Side note time…Randy, do you still check your SaberJ email address? Or are you only using the randy@geekshow.us one?
Side note #2: Due to a few different reasons (you guys being one of them), I might actually sign up on Twitter now. I’ll let you know if/when I do.
Okay, initial setup is done. I have officially joined the Twitterverse. Now I have to figure out how to use it. My Twitter name is the same as my name here: Polygon_Wizard
Hey guys again. Ok I just finished listening and I am really excited for the new podcast. I think it will be a great addition to Geekin.
On a side note and I don’t know if this is true but I heard when the actuals came out for the weekend box office having Kick-ass in 1st that they were including the 10PM showings from Thursday as well. If this is true then the numbers a little off because Thursday should not be included in the weekend numbers. Really though it doesn’t matter because I can’t wait to see Kick-ass and How to train your Dragon was just an all around awesome movie so either way glad to see them two on top.
Eliminating game manuals semi-bugs me. I actually like to read through the manual when I get a game. However, game manuals aren’t nearly as cool as they used to be. Manuals are pretty light on info these days, have minimal art, and are black and white instead of full color. Companies have been cutting costs on manuals for years, so eliminating them completely is just the final step.
Hey Guys. I live up in Chicago. My buddies and I went to C2E2. It was a blast. Pretty good for a first time Con. Not a lot of floor activities, but it was well spread out and had great panels. My buddies and I went dressed as the Green Lantern, the Red Lantern, and Sinestro Corp Scarecrow. I got to meet Geoff Johns and sat in a Panel where Kevin Conroy (animated voice of Batman) said that Christian Bale’s Batman voice was stupid. Hahaha.
I love the Clone Wars show. The animation style is pretty slick and the look of the fight scenes are very fluid and impressive. I understand you being time of that time period, Scott, but it is pretty fun watching Jedi in their prime kicking ass.
However, even if the show is directed toward a younger audience…what are they thinking doing Jar Jar episodes!!! Haven’t they learned their lesson?! Geesh….
I think I saw a picture of you as a Red Lantern rummaging through some long boxes in iFanboy’s C2E2 picture gallery! Awesome costume! Really upset that we couldn’t make it this year, going to make it a point to go in 2011.
Awesome. Thanks. I hadn’t seen that picture. You guys are still going to the Summit City Con, right? I’m pretty sure my buddy and I are both coming up there. Hope I can say hello.
