Eh. Still not feeling this movie. I need some information about what the movie is about. A house flying by balloons because the old man is a hermit doesn’t cut it.
All I need to know is that its Pixar and that’s enough to sell me a ticket. As far as I’m concerned, they can do no wrong. Plus, it’s the first Pixar film to be released in 3D, so there’s no way I’m not seeing this movie.
Only Pixar could market a children’s film starring a grumpy old man. I’m totally seeing this.
This is just a second teaser for the movie. It’s not supposed to show a ton of the story. It falls in line with most of the Pixar teasers have been about: character.
I think this trailer was awesome, and for some reason, I really like the old guy.
I am soooooo seeing this.
Pixar doesn’t have a midas touch for me. I didn’t like Cars, and a couple other movies have just been “good”. And yeah, I realize this teaser is in line with their other teasers. Doesn’t mean I like them, though. Most of their movies really sell themselves. This movie looks like it could go in any direction. I’ll definitely watch it. But it looks a little iffy, to me. Though I don’t think I liked the original Wall-E trailers either, and it ended up being my favorite Pixar movie.
I liked Cars, despite hating NASCAR and as Scott said, it’s Pixar, I’m there.
Pixar loves John Ratzenberger don’t they?
Being there and being convinced it’s going to be good isn’t necessarily the same thing. :P
For some reason, I’m getting a bit of a Miyazaki vibe from this….not sure why.
