Kick-Ass Premiere HCThe greatest super hero comic of all-time is finally here! Have you ever wanted to be a super hero? Dreamed of donning a mask and just heading outside to some kick-ass? Well, this is the book for you--the comic that starts where other super hero books draw the line. KICK-ASS is realistic super heroes taken to the next level. Miss out and you're an idiot!
1) How old are the characters?
2) Laura/Scott: I always enjoy Max Carmichael, is he easy or difficult to write as a character?
3) Cliss: Do you relate to Mindy’s dilemma in this episode? Do you relate to Mindy? Would you like to be friends with Mindy?
5) Nick: You are currently playing Max’s sidekick. If you could be the sidekick of any other villain, who would it be and why?
6) Nick/Laura: Do you think that Billy was being a little cocky to Simon, given that Simon could probably force-choke him if he wanted to?
7) Laura/Scott: Simon seems to suggest several times that Mindy make use of her powers in her profession. Doesn’t that jibe with the Underdogs plan of keeping their abilities a secret?
Great questions Hayden. I was wondering about the ages too. I didn’t realize until now that Mindy was still in high school.
To Laura: I’m curious about the writing process. How much information do the producers give you about their vision for the season? I mean, do they give you some sort of outline to follow, such as “In this episode, we want Mindy to show she’s less shallow, prove what a dill-hole Billy is, and FINALLY have Simon ask Mindy out,” or is it more “Write an episode. Maybe about Mindy?”
Cliss/Nick: How fun was it to record a different side of your character? Cliss being the school teenager and Billy playing the inside man?
Nick,: you seem to be playing a bad boy in this episode. Are you a bad boy in real life, if so I challenge you to a fight, if not, I challenge you to game of Donkey Kong!
Can’t seem to edit my comment…
I second the age thing. I thought they were all past highschool.
I also have a similar question (in that I only need to ask it because I can’t look at the characters) – who’s taller, who’s smaller, etc.? The covers are great, don’t get me wrong, but can’t tell for sure from them. I get from Rick’s comments that Elliot is kind of scrawny, and I think Simon is kind of short, while Gibson is more of a big guy? Anyway, a rundown of the characters’ general appearance would be great.
Inigo, I got your comment for you. You know, you seem to be posting un-logged in. But you also seem to have a registered account at the site. I /THINK/ you might be able to edit that way, if you were logged in. Not for sure on that anyway. IF you have problems accessing your account, email me: saberj at geekshow dot us. You may now return to your regularly scheduled question asking…
will mindy’s intelligence play into her powers anytime in the story line and if so can you give a few hints to what they are?
