Geekeasy Episode 10 – The Big Bombshell

In this episode Will has returned and Nick announces the true identity of Rick By Night. After discussing a lost episode of Geekeasy soon to air, Nick and Will talk about Dollhouse. Then after discussing the gender of the show, Will mourns the conclusion of Battlestar and confesses his newfound love of How I Met Your Mother. Nick brings up a new show named Eastbound and Down and Will loves Milo Ventimiglia in Pathology. Insight is provided into the daily lives of Nick and Will via a lunchtime story and Nick finds a movie worse than Delgo, Miss March. After talking about whether or not forums are a good thing, Will wonders why he becomes addicted to simple games and recommends a new comic site zeroes2heroes.com. Finally, the guys drop the big news and end by answering an e-mail. Also included in this episode: the redemption of the Saw franchise, Heroes, the various faces of Robin Williams, Season 3 and 4 of Buffy, Epic Fail, and Viral Videos of the Week.

Geekeasy Episode 9 – Nick and Kim Make a Podcast

In Episode nine Nick hosts with Guest Kim Butler of Buffy Between The Lines and Upside Down and Halfway to Happyland fame.

Then Nick discusses his sick week and run of season three of Buffy which prompts Kim and Nick to discuss what Angel does during the day. Nick loves Mickey Rourke in the Wrestler and lets Kim know it and brings up his almost scoop on Jesse McCartney. Kim saw The Reader and wonders why it is getting some hate and the brutality of Kate Winslet’s movies are brought up and Nick gladly welcome Blink-182’s return to form. To wrap up Nick and Kim discuss Buffy a little further and Kim presents her video of the week, Barney’s Awesome Song.

Geekeasy Episode 8 – Prick Jimenez

In this episode Will’s back and Nick hates every geek fandom.

Nick casts his friends in geek culture roles at a camping trip and Will has seen more great movies and has finally started Pushing his Daisies. The Jericho movie gives hope to Nick and Will for Pushing Daisies, Verionica Mars, and Tru Calling the Movie. Will loves Battlestar Galactica’s final run and Nick hints to the April Fool’s GbN. Then Will talks about his want Geek Peace and Nick does his Hugh Jackman impression for hopefully the final time. Finally Nick reaffirms his maturity and Will Regular segments when Nick Met Buffy,Epic Fail, Viral Videos and more content are also included. Special guest appearnce by Nick’s parental units.

Geekeasy Episode 7 – New Year, New Faces

In episode seven of Geekeasy Will is out sick and Nick fills in the blanks with a little help from his friends Jacob, Cole and Patrick. Nick explains why episode seven took so long to release, and the guys give their quick favorites from 2008. Nick brings up the Bombay attacks and Eddie Izzard which starts a discussion on which celebrity each guy would want to see if they were dying. And when Cole is called to see when he will arrive, Jacob prods him into the most vulgar phone call known to man. Cole finally arrives and the new Facebook apps are analyzed. Jacob woes over the problems of T9 and the guys use Digg to carry their conversation along. Also included is regular segment Epic Fail of the Week.

Geekeasy Episode 6 – How to Make a Podcast and Alienate People

In this episode Nick feels betrayed by the new design and Will plays catch up with the movie industry.Also in this episode Nick falls in love with Buffy the Vampire Slayer after finishing season 2 and Will reminisces about his history with Geekshow. Talk about The Strangers sparks a brief conversation about what if great directors did not recieve the great stories. Nick then ponders why Nathan Fillion has nopt made it big yet, while Will talks about a Simon Pegg double feature. Finally Nick metions how he ran into his watcher and Will talks about his love for The Next Doctor’s pairing of David Morrisey with David Tennant. Also icluded in this episode: talk about The Spirit, Viral Videos/Sites of the Week, Epic Fails of the Week, and a rendition of the Geek By Night theme sung quite horribly by Nick and Will

Geekeasy Episode 5 – At Least We’re Not Delgo

In this epsiode Nick and Will answer their first e-mail question from Polygon Wizard,Nick expresses his feelings on the latest news from The Green Hornet movie, and Will describes the horrible start to his Christmas Break. The guys then discuss their desperation for any form of communication with their viewers. Will talks about Sarah Michelle Gellar’s and Nicholas Brendon’s current and future projects and Nick talks about the most irritating episode he has seen of Buffy yet. Heroes is discussed and the guys fail to hide spoilers(skip around the 25-30 minutes if you have not seen the Finale). In Harry Potter’s final installment of Geekfluence Will talks about Wizard Rock; but when Nick reads from his own Harry Potter Fanfic and causes awkwardness to ensue, Will tries to recover with regular segments Epic Fail and Viral Videos of the Week. In episode four of Geekeasy, Nick tries to change the theme song and Will has trouble pronouncing the Golden Globe nominees. After discussing what would happen if the Cloverfield monster attacked, the guys move into regular segments and talk about Jak and Daxter the movie. Will quizzes Nick in an unnamed potential segment. Also the guys discuss the Harry Potter movies in Geekfluence. Regular segments also included are When Nick Met Buffy(Season 2), Epic Fail of the Week, and Viral Videos. Geekeasy Episode 1 – Ramble On My Wayward Son

In their premiere episode Nick welcomes the listeners and tells the origin story of Geekeasy. And after discussing a long weekend, Will and Nick talk about Nick ’s life without Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Will talks about his latest loved video game Mirror’s Edge and it’s influence from free running. Nick brings up Madagascar 2’s partly ripped off plot. Looney Tunes characters start a wikipedia race that really ends up with no winner. We do our mostly regular bit of Viral Video of the week, and we answer the question of what finds out when one host has to leave for a second…rambling. Also in this episode are brief discussions of Twilight, Lord of the Rings, Lost, and John McCain’s epic fail at politics.
