It’s been all over the internet recently, but I couldn’t help put put my own two cents in on the matter. HBO has officially picked up ten episodes of “Game of Thrones“, the series which is based on George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” fantasy novels. By this point, you have no doubt heard that Sam Raimi has pulled out/been removed from the helm of Spider-Man 4. You’ve probably also heard that as a result, Spider-Man 4 has been scrapped in favor of a series reboot. Chances are, you may have even heard the recent news that 500 Days of Summer’s Marc Webb has been tapped to become the director for the planned first three installments of the reboot. From this news, the question becomes, “Is it time for the series to reboot already?”

Along with bitter winds and the potential for white flakes in the air, it brings annoying jewelry commercials, crowded shopping malls, and skyrocketing airline ticket prices. Oh yeah! Not much to say, other than: Dollhouse has been cancelled by Fox. Stop acting like you’re surprised. The series will finish it’s 13 episode run. There will be an ending.

NBC hasn’t aired a single episode of Chuck this fall, and we still probably won’t be seeing the show until 2010 despite rumors that it might come back in November. However, the network recently announced that they have ordered an additional six episodes of Chuck, bringing the total for this yet-to-be-aired season up to 19.
